说实话的英文短语有：

1. In fact, ...

表示“实际上，事实上”，强调接下来所说内容都是真哒～也可以说“as a matter of fact”。

例如：As a matter of fact, no one knew what to do exactly at the time.

事实上，那时没人知道该做什么。

In fact, the lecture was very interesting.

其实，这场讲座非常有趣。

2. Actually, ...

Actually也可以表示“事实上”。这话锋突然一转，通常预示着下面要说的才是重磅消息。

3. To be honest with you, ...
