In consideration of your Bank agreeing to afford banking facilities in the form of Letter(s) of Guarantee (the Banking Facilities) to XXX hereinafter called “the principal debtor” for such period and under such terms and conditions as you may from time to time think fit, we hereby guarantee and undertake to pay to you, immediately on your demand being made to us as herein below specified without any reference to and in spite of any contestation by the Principal debtor, all monies to be due by the principal debtor including interest and/or any other expenses under above Banking Facilities on the date of your demand, provided that the amount recoverable from us hereunder is limited to the maximum sum of XXX……………………..在考虑您的银行以银行担保信（或多封信）的形式同意提供银行设施于某某人XXX 以下简称“主要债务人”的这段时期，以及那些条款和条件，您可以不时认为是合适的，我们在此保证，并承诺对您向我们指定的需求下立即支付给你，正如以下所说的主债务人在没有其他任何参考和不管有任何争论的情况下，主债务人必须在提出需求的日期支付以上所提到的银行设施利息或任何其他费用，除非我们收回根据协议上仅限于最高金额 XXX.You may at all times without prejudice to this guarantee and without discharging or in any way affecting our liability hereunder. (c) Compound with the principal debtor or any of his guarantors.你可以在任何时候在不影响履行本合约，或没有以任何方式影响我们责任的情况下。（一）确定，更改或增加任何信贷给于主债务人（二）批准/资助主债务人时间上的或容许（三）与主债务人或其任何一位担保人和解Our present guarantee shall be in addition to any other guarantees or securities which you may now or hereafter hold from the principal debtor or from any other person or persons and we undertake, to pay to you any amount demanded by you under the terms of the present guarantee without the necessity of your proceeding first against the principal debtor. 我们需要以您现在所持有的主债务人或任何其他人或数人的任何其他担保或证券来增加目前的保证，而我们将进行根据本保证条款而支付给你任何你所要求的金额，而您没有先对主债务人采取进一步程序的必要性。This guarantee will be valid until DD/MM/YY and in case of claim hereunder this must be submitted to us by authenticated swift message, must be received by us within the validity of this guarantee, and must state that the Principal Debtor has failed to meet his obligations under abovementioned Banking Facilities or any of them and that you claim payment under this guarantee of all moneys due to you as on the date of your demand. It is hereby clarified that only one claim can be submitted hereunder.
