工作总结不足英文

Some of my shortcomings have explosed during my working in the last year. For example, lack of carefulness and activeness in my working, and I am not good at communicating with other people yet. Thangk you.

Looking back on my work for the past one year,I have found out a lot of imperfections to overcome-like not enough carefulness with the work, a lack of initiatives for work and a to-be-imporoved ability in communication.After one year's work,I still find a lot of shortcomings in myself.For example,I was not careful enough with my work,I didn't take enough initiatives to do the work and I haven't done very well in communication with others.给你提供两个版本，前者我觉得地道一点。对原有的中文做了一点小变化再译的，但是放心，大意没变。后者的翻译更忠实你给的汉语，但是更中式一点。
