不像“护照/Passport” 这样直接有中英文对应单词,它是一个Certificate，然后在其中注明该聘请的具体内容。如果按中文习惯弄，那就译成“Certificate of Acknowledgment". 而acknowledgment单独也可作为《认可证书》解。对于正式证书来说，其中的内容也很重要，建议发中文稿上来讨论。
