「因此、所以」英文 怎么说？「因此…」、「所以…」最常见的英文说法是therefore或so。但其实还有更多用法可以来表达「因此..」、「所以..」的英文，例如thus或hence，中文意思同样有「因此、所以」的意思。

therefore是副词，不能用来连接两个句子，若therefore用在句子里，必须加其它连接词。

[a] 放在句中

例1. I heard the news on the radio and therefore took another route. 我在广播上听到新闻，因此改走其他路了。

[b]放在句首(通常会接在一个句子后面，前面可以是句号或分号)

例2： I heard the news on the radio. Therefore, I took another route. 我在广播上听到新闻，因此，我改走其他路了。

so是连接词，可用来连接两个句子。

例1：Tom checked carefully, so that the mistakes were caught. 汤姆很小心检查，所以错误被抓到了。

例2：I went to bed early yesterday, so I got up early this morning. 我昨晚早睡，所以我今天早上很早起。

thus跟therefore同样是副词，所以放在句中的时候，一样需要加其它连接词。

例：It is late, and thus you must go. 时间晚了，因此你该走了。
