Beautiful artwork, wonderful voices for the animated characters by David Bowie, Madonna, Jimmy Fallon, Robert DeNiro, and Ron Crawford. The animated characters are adorable and even though they are very contemporary, and the movie takes place during the depression, kids will be able to relate to the animated fantasy characters - since they are fantasy characters, there is no reason they can't be contemporary. Overall a nice story for kids, with some good lessons for kids re: love, loyalty, perseverance, intelligence.

In the age mentioned in the movie, England ruled Scotland in a cruel way. People in Scotland rebelled. Wallace, leader of the rebellion, was a real hero. Despicable Me 2 is a brilliant film with a great storyline and an impressive voice cast.

I definitely wouldnt say it was better than the first Despicable Me,the first one was a lot more heartwarming,but it still is a very good sequel and has everything you want in a family film,humor for both young and older audiences.

However,the story of the movie feels very scattered and throughout I felt like they were trying to fit too much in one hour and a half. I still enjoyed it nevertheless!

In the movie, there was a panda and his friends such as a tiger, a monkey and so on .The panda named Polo was so fat that he couldn’t see his own toes when he looked down .But he was very cute and full of fun, so many people like him .He was not an ordinary panda but an hero when appearing in KungFu PandaⅡ.Like many other movies in this kind, there was also a king who was very cruel. I know a lot of people who have seen this film because they are action fans. Im not. But Im glad I finally found it, because its a wonderful film in so many other ways.
