Qingming Shanghe Garden is a large-scale theme park of Song Dynasty cultural scenery built by the people's government of Kaifeng City in Henan Province and Hainan Land Purchase Group Co., Ltd. Located on the West Bank of Longting Lake in Kaifeng City, it is the fourth batch of national AAAAAAA-level tourist attractions and Exhibition bases of intangible cultural heritage in China.

The Millennium City Park is a large-size theme park of the culture and history of Song Dynasty.It is located at the west bank of the picturesque Longting Lake in Kaifeng City,and covers an area of 600 mu.This scenic spot is reproduced in Qingming Festival by the Riverside,an excellent work of Zhang Zeduan,the famous painter in Northern Song Dynasty.It opened officially to the public on Oct 28th 1998.Qingming Festival by the Riverside is aprecious scroll reflecting the social custom of Kaifeng,the ancient capital of Northern Song Dynasty of China,including social life,markets and urban constriction pattern.Though it only reflects part of Kaifeng City,we can get a rough idea and imagine the general outline of other streets.The more interesting thing is tha Zhang Zeduan made the ancient city in a scroll a thousand years ago,while a thousand year later Kaifeng's people make the picture scroll into reality.Roaming here,you would have a very often sense of time backflow,and you can dream of returning to the millennium in a day once entering the scroll picture.
