英语是一种语言，但是往往很多人把英语当作了一门功课来学习，虽然同样是学习英语但是效率，于最终的结果可就大不相同，当然包括我在内，也包括现在的英语老师，英语专家。但是怎样才能学好英语那？经过各方面的收集资料，我了解到，婴儿学习语言的办法，所谓的婴儿学习语言的办法就是，首先会说，然后会写，当然我们小的时候也用过，但是现在已经遗忘了。我们的学习方法是怎么样的：首先会写，然后会说。虽然本质上没有什么区别，但是要想讲英语作为自己的生活语言，要想将英语融会贯通，没有别的途径，唯一的途径就是“婴儿学习法”所以我为了提高我的英语水平制定了以下学习方案。1、 每天晚上将明天要学的内容预习一遍，将要掌握的并不是很多，首先就是明天所学的单词要会读，其次就是会用所给的单词造句。上下相连，从不孤立。记忆英语要结合上下文，不要孤立的记单词和短语，要把握句中的用法。2、 每天早上早起，将昨天所学的英语单词，短句，以及老师所强调的内容会想一边，然后在将前天的会想一边。尽量用第一人称来记习惯用语和句型，以便记忆牢固。熟记常用语，确保准确无误。把常用的交际用语背熟，俗能生巧。方法要灵活多样。一种方式学厌了，可以变换其他的方式，以便学而不厌。3、 每天中午吃过午饭翻一翻语法的要点，语法的用法等，提高自己的阅读能力。4、 每天晚上有空闲的时候写一篇英语短文，意思可以随意，但是词汇量要求在100词以上。坚持不懈，从不间断。每天至少看 10-15 分钟的英语，早晨和晚上是学英语的最好时间。 5、 每一次读英语的时候，要大声朗读，并在脑海里形成相应的画面，加强记忆。敢于开口说英语，不要怕犯错误。人人都会犯错，这是在所难免的，只要敢说，就一定能学好。 6、 每天读一篇英语短文，争取将他的意思贯通。只要如此的话我相信我的英语水平一定会大幅度的提高，但是前提条件是要做，不能偷懒。7. 要创设情景，加强交际训练。语言的运用离不开场景的强化训练，只有交际，才能学好。8. 多方位多角度来学英语。要经常读报、听广播、看外语电影、听外语讲座、读课本和别人交谈等方式来学英语。
