据我所知，没有。因为一般来说，现代机械学科所涉及的学科比较广泛，包括力学，材料学，数学，等等很多基础性学科，还包括计算机应用，图形学，还有机械本身的理论，所以机械本身的专业性的英语证书实际上所包含的范围极其广泛，所以我一直也没听说过。不过一般学校应该有开专业英语课，还有图书馆会有比较浅显的专业英语书，比如《机械电子英语阅读教程》，就是差不多专业课讲的东西他都会有对应的英语，文章后面还有词汇表，这类书也是很不少的，还有你可以上EI啊之类的外文文献检索数据库中下一些需要的外文文献资料来读下，会有很大收获，其实只要你用心的学，有所收获，考不考证道没有什么关系，如果你能在你所感兴趣的方向闲了就翻译片文章的话，相信你的英文水平也会提高很快的。我做毕业设计翻译的时候，就感觉到我所翻译的文献对我的论文有很大作用，而且翻译完了我对所做课题的认识又有提高，毕竟你阅读人家翻译的文章中间隔着另一个人，最直接的信息已经被翻译者修改过了，总有隔靴搔痒的感觉。所以直接阅读外文资料好处也不少。如果你可以非常通顺的阅读外文资料，那么恭喜你，证书对你真的已经不重要了。
