高中英语单词3600多个,加上初中已掌握的单词,总计6000左右。人教版高一英语必修一单词一共246个。

都算上4000左右应该是目标大学英语4级词汇量要求是4000，六级是6000。你要是想在高中的基础打得比较牢的话建议以4级为目标。普通高中生的词汇量为3000-4000。

一天10个就可以的，在精不在多，一年就3650个，3年的词汇量也差不多的，不过要120，光靠背单词也是不行的，每天1篇阅读或完形填空，10到左右的选择题，坚持下来，120不是问题的！

这样看你现在的词汇量有多少，高中至少要有3000多的词汇量，给自己4个月的时间，背熟大纲要求的词汇，每天有时间就背，最重要的是重复记忆！至于每天都少要看自己的时间安排和掌握情况，我个人建议背单词要“短时间内背大量单词，然后不断的重复记忆”。
