一个很棒棒的个人美食BLOG,ENGLISH的 Aztec Bread 1/2 cup butter 2 large eggs 1/4 cup milk 1 cup yellow cornmeal 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 15 oz can corn,drained 4 oz sharp cheddar,diced Preheat the oven to 400.Melt 6 tablespoons butter over low heat.Beat the eggs and milk together.Mix the cornmeal,salt and baking soda.Add the dry ingredients to the milk and egg mixture,along with the corn,cheese and melted butter.Mix thoroughly. Place the remaining 2 tbs butter in an ovenproof c.7" square glass baking dish and put it in the oven just until it is melted (watch that it does not burn).Distribute the melted butter onto the bottom and sides of the dish,using a pastry brush if necessary (I carefully tilted the pan).Pour the batter into the dish and spread it evenly.Bake 25 minutes or until done.

Since this is suppose to be done in English, I’m assuming that I should talk about a Canadian(外国) recipe(菜谱)。 The one I would like to write about is the Mashed Potatoes . in order to make the mashed potatoes, you have to add water in the pan with the potatoes in it, and boil(煮) it 。Turn the heat down after it boils, and wait for about 20 minutes. At the mean time, we could make the sauce(酱)。The sauce is really easy to make,we have to heat some cream and butter(黄油) in the microwave(微波炉)。After that, we can mash the potatoes and add the sauce in. You could add milk if you want(desire). Later on, add salt and pepper to add some taste
