Monday, I would like eating fish and rice. I will have pork and rice onTuesday . Then, I will have noodle on Wednesday. On Thursday I will have eggplants , tomatos and steamed buns for dinner. Friday is weekend, so I will have fish, mutton and leek. 我想你要表达的意思是一张参考表,可以告诉读者一周里摄入怎样的食物会比较健康是吗?我建议说A weekly guide to healthy diet.或者Guide to healthy weekly diet.首先,用diet是因为这是英语里讲“饮食”的比较地道的用语。第二,guide比reference更突出“指导性”,虽然原文是“参考”,但我想里面指导的意思更强一些吧?第三,我提的两种说法意思略有区别,前者是指“每周指导”,如果你有多份参考,每份供一周使用(从食物营养角度来讲可能会这样),那么建议前一种;如果是单一的一份,供读者循环使用,那么建议后一种。又及,nutritious是营养丰富,但我觉得不如healthy直观;而recipe更注重于“菜谱”方面的意思,也不地道。英语翻译不求逐词对应,而求浅显易懂,充分表达原作的意思。
