例：I spent time studying last night.

to romove things from a schedule to do something 表示从行程表中调动事情去做某事
例：Can you make time for a meeting?

to search a schedule for available time 表示查询行程表以找到可用的时间
例：Let’s find time to catch up.

to use time in a non-productive way
表示以没有产值的方式使用时间
例：I wasted so much time on video games.

to do something until a specific time, usually useless 表示在特定时间之前做某事，通常是无用的
例：I’m killing time until my mom arrives at the station.
