Lesson31一、教学目的(Teachingaims)1.Justspeak本课主要是继续学习用Ithas...这个句型来描述大象的外形,初步学习描述物体的外貌特征。2.Justreadandwrite学习形容词:big,small3.Let'ssing学习歌曲Theoppositesong,巩固所学内容。二、重点(Keypoints)1.能熟练运用已学的句型2.掌握三会单词、四会单词三、难点(Difficultpoints)使学生理解掌握所学句型并做简单问答。四、教具(Teachingaids)1.准备一些可拆分的动物图片(类似于拼图),如:pig,dog,bear,cat...用以复习和操练。2.准备一些学过的单词且大小相差较大的图片或物品。3.不同动物叫声的录音。4.学生带自己喜欢的动物玩具。五、教学过程(Teachingprocedures)Step1Revision(1)课前播放歌曲Fruitsong,使学生感受英语学习的氛围。(2)根据录音里的声音猜出是那种动物,复习有关动物的词汇。(3)根据老师的指令做出动作,如:Touchyourears.Touchyoureyes.等,复习器官名称。(2)、(3)两项内容可以大大激发学生学习兴趣,并为授新课打下基础。Step2Presentation(1)学习big和small。教师拿出大小形成对比的实物(或用简笔画画出),说:ThisT-shirtisbig.Thatoneissmall.做游戏练习big与small。教师发出指令:Touchthebigcake.学生分组进行比赛。学生也可发指令。(2)教师出示大象的玩具或图片,然后指着大象对学生说:Lookattheelephant.Wow,it'ssobig.并借助动作帮助学生理解句意。让学生根据黑板上的其他的动物图片进行练习,如::Lookatthepig.Wow!It'ssobig.使学生逐渐从模仿过渡到运用。教师继续指着大象图片说:Look,ithasbigears.Andsmalleyes.借助手势帮助学生理解句意。请同学边做边重复老师的句子。(3)请一些学生依据黑板上的图片为线索表演本课对话。(4)学生自由选择黑板上的动物进行表达练习。Step3Practice分组练习(1)教师鼓励学生学习Theoppositesong,使他们在快乐的歌曲表演中再次熟悉big,small这两个词。(2)要求学生观察所出示图片的特征,迅速说出如:Look,theelephanthasbigears.Andsmalleyes.的句子,说对的小组可以得到奖励。在练习的后半部分可以出示小猫的图片,让他们试着说出Look,ithasbigeyes.Andsmallears.Look,ithassmallears.Andbigeyes.或是人物的图片,练习描述人物:Shehasbigeyes.Peterhasasmallnose.等句子,使学生们学会根据实际情况进行描述。(3)让学生根据动物的特征找出相应的器官图片,一边说,一边把不完整的动物图片补充完整。此项练习既可以练习学生说的能力,也可以培养学生的观察力。(4)学生通过传小球方式练习Ilike...,ithas...学生手拿自己喜欢的动物玩具,音乐响起开始传小球,音乐停止时,拿小球的学生站起来介绍:Ilikemycat,ithasbigeyes.Step4Assessment完成活动手册的内容。对本节课比赛进行总结,引导学生进行自我评价和小组评价。Step5Additionalactivities(1)课下比一比谁能用big,small组词、造句最多。鼓励学生充分调动所学过的知识,并扩展这两个形容词的练习范围。(2)搜集长着长耳朵或短耳朵,长尾巴或短尾巴的动物,相关的名称可以是学过的,也可以是没学过的。此项活动既是对下节课知识的预习,帮助他们回忆所学过的有关动物的词汇,也可以激发他们学习的积极性。
