PL(事假)=personal leave SL(病假)=sick leave
请假条，是请求领导或老师或其它，准假不参加某项工作、学习、活动等的文书。请假条因为请假的原因，一般分为请病假和请事假两种。它是公文写作的一个很重要、但经常被同学或人们忽略的一个应用文写作，从小学、初中、高中到大学乃至工作，你都离不开请假条，请假条的意义可大可小，有时因为人们常常的不够重视，所以造成了很多笑话。
