Communication plays a significant role in our daily life, especially in modern society. Since we get along with other people in every field, we must learn how to communicate with people effectively. Effective communication should be planned carefully. First, speak slowly and briefly in order to make ourselves understood completely. Second, express ourselves in all sincerity and with warmth. Third, concentrate on what the speaker says and appreciate his point of view. Moreover, we should give positive feedback by nodding or smiling while listening. Fourth, place ourselves in the place of others. As far as I'm concerned, I communicate with other people in a positive way whether I'm in a merry mood or not. And I often express my own opinion genuinely and sincerely.在日常生活中沟通扮演着重要的角色,尤其是现代社会。从我们在各个领域里与他人相处,我们必须学会怎样和别人有效的沟通。有效沟通因该要认真地计划。第一、简明的说,慢慢的说,以便于我们能够完全被听懂理解。第二,我们应把自己表达的尽量诚恳而热情。第三,从对方的角度出发,专注于对方所说的内容。还有,我们在倾听的时候应该通过点头或者微笑给与积极的回应。第四,还要换位思考。就那我来说,我总是能用积极的方式和对方沟通,不管我心情好坏。而且我经常真诚和诚恳地表达我自己的观点。

楼上的用户文法不当﹐ 这是我的翻译﹕ 1.咁接起个电话后想知佢找边个 有礼貌的方法应该系点讲 Good morning. May I help you? Good morning. What can I do for you? 2.如果佢讲了个名都系听唔清楚 咁想佢再清楚讲多次应点讲 I beg your pardon/Pardon me. I am sorry. I can't hear you. Would you mind to repeat? 3.知找边个后 咁叫佢hold 住条线点讲 Please hold on for a second. I am going to trfer your call to XXX. 4.发觉找个个人唔系到 想帮佢留messge有礼貌的方法应点讲 XXX is not in the office right now. Would you please leave a message? 5.发觉系混吉打错 有礼服地话返佢知打错应点讲 I am afraid that you've got the wrong number. 6.听来听去都唔知佢up乜 要找人帮拖,有礼貌地话佢知我会把个电话转俾第二个人应点讲 Would you please hold on a second? I am going to trfer your call to XXX. He/she can help you.
