在兰博小姐上台之前，我想提醒大家：一会讲话之后，她会在招待会上回答你们的所有问题。turning the floor over to Ms 字面意思是把地板交给Ms.....根据全文 译成上台讲话，或把话筒交给。。。

audience = ['ɔdɪəns] = 听众,观众 ..Audience will do .. but if you want more specific .. the audience under the stage ... people normally call Audience.

1楼和2楼的翻译都对，只是对Floor的解释错了。这里的floor制的不适发言权还是话筒。Floor指的是台下的听众，观众。在英语里，台上称stage，台下称floor。所以就有Floor plan（座位图）等词汇。Before turn over the floor to Ms, Lambert就是“在将台下的观众交给Ms Lambert前”的意思。

Floor一词有这几个解释,"地板,(海,涧)底;楼层;议会席;发言权",而turn...over则表示"仔细考虑;移交;翻转",那么"turn the floor over to sb."的意思就是说"把发言权交给某人".
