Meatballs Braised in Brown Sauce(Hongshao Shizitou)红烧狮子头Ingredients: 500 grams streaky pork 175 grams soy sauce100 grams cooking sherry 150 grams cornstarch50 grams grated ginger50 grams chopped scallions300 grams water3 grams salt10 grams sugar1 egg250 grams cooking oilFirst, mince the streaky pork.
