两种用法都可以，但一般比较正规的、出版学术类书籍的、有名望的出版社多叫 Press哈佛大学出版社叫Harvard University Press, 参考以下牛津大学出版社叫 Oxford University Press, 参考以下也有使用 Publishing House 的，例如：
