剑桥商务英语证书BEC是一个国际商务英语资格考试，专为英语学习者在或即将进入工作场所，旨在测试应聘者在实际工作环境中的英语沟通能力。

BEC考试不要求特殊资格，申请不受年龄、性别、职业、地区、学历等限制，适用人群为具有小学、初中、高中英语水平的人群，学习目的为从事商务工作。

商务英语四级考试：

3、各级政府部门、企事业单位可根据业务需求，委托举办本考试的有关单位，按照本大纲的要求，对本部门员工开展商务英语应用能力的鉴定工作。

报名资格

1、经教育部备案或批准的高等院校中英语专业二年级本科生。

2、经教育部备案或批准的高等院校中修完英语专业基础阶段教学大纲规定课程的二、三年制最后一学年的大专生。

3、教育部备案或批准有学历的成人高等教育学院中四年制即脱产学习的英语专业(第二学年)本科生;五年制即不脱产学习的、修完英语专业基础阶段教学大纲规定课程(第三学年)的本科生。不脱产的三年制大专生，必须在第三学年时方可报名参加专业英语四级测试。

4、重点外语类院校中，非英语专业的本科生中当年参加英语六级考试且成绩在60分以上，可参加当年专业英语四级考试。

5、参加四级测试的考生只有一次补考机会。

BEC考试的网上报名流程：

1、实名注册个人账号；

2、报考和支付，系统将根据考生所在的省市自动列出所在地的考点，考生也可通过下拉菜单选择希望报考的其它地点。

在报名期间，如果考点状态为”名额暂满”，并不意味着该考点在报名截止前肯定不再有名额，系统对于已经预定座位的考生在过期未交费和取消预定的情况下将定时释放其预定的座位，供其它考生预定。

3、完成网上支付，交费方式，商务英语考试费的支付方式仅限于网上支付。考生可从本网站提供的银行中任选一家银行通过快捷支付或网银支付的方式交纳考费。
