材料

鱿鱼2只,青椒1个,生抽3ml,红椒1个,姜2片,蒜2粒,盐2g,味精2g,料酒5ml。

做法

1.将鱿鱼去衣洗净花刀切好,焯水待用。

2.起油锅,爆香姜蒜、将鱿鱼爆炒一下待用。

3.将切好的辣椒如果炒香。

4.加入鱿鱼一起炒2分钟,加入料酒、盐、生抽,沿锅边溜点水。

5.辣椒断青就行了,起锅前下点味精调味。

香辣鱿鱼足的做法步骤:1、首先将鱿鱼足用冷水冲洗解冻,解冻好之后用手抓洗干净捞出控干水分装盘备用。2、起锅烧油,油温五层热时,将控好水分的鱿鱼足下入锅内炸制。3、炸2分钟左右即可捞出控油备用。4、然后锅内留底油,下入适量的花椒、葱、姜、蒜及火锅底料爆炒。5、爆出香味后,下入适量的干辣椒继续翻炒。6、炒香炒出红油,然后将炸好的鱿鱼足下入锅内继续翻炒。7、翻炒均匀,然后下入酱油继续翻炒。8、翻炒几下,下入适量盐、鸡精、孜然粉继续翻炒。9、翻炒几下,下入适量的花椒油继续翻炒。10、抄匀后,关火出锅装盘即可。
