航空英语口语培训

英语口语的练习最重要的就是要开口说英语，之前我们很多的学英语都不太愿意开口说英语，这对英语口语的练习是非常不利的，因为英语口语的练习就是通过不断地开口训练，然后得到一种良好的语感，这种语感就是我们的一种口腔肌肉记忆，可以更好的把握对于英语的感觉，所以第一步就是开口不断地训练。然后紧接着就是要掌握一些场景英语的句子，将英语口语的练习设置一个个不同的情景对话，最好可以找几个小伙伴一起训练，相互纠正，相互点评。其实英语口语的练习并不用去背很多的单词，学很多的语法，只要能够将这些常用的情景对话，就如情景教学法，然后灵活运用的话，那么就基本掌握了英语口语了。

目前，航空公司逐渐放宽了对空姐的要求，加上中国严峻的就业形势，导致越来越多的人加入到空姐这个职业中。这种现象的出现直接导致了空乘培训行业的蓬勃发展。那么，空姐的主要培训课程是什么?

空乘人员培训内容根据访谈内容确定。不同的面试阶段对应不同的培训内容。根据访谈过程，培训内容可分为前期培训、二期培训、后期培训和就业后跟踪服务。

首先，在初级阶段，培训包括身体训练、化妆技巧、化妆方法和服装搭配。这一阶段的培训主要是塑造学员的专业空乘气质，以便在面试官进行视觉评价时给面试官留下良好的印象。

心理咨询在最后阶段的主要内容是,导师为学员提供心理辅导,缓解压力和自信的学员直接面对航空审查员,和防止学员心理障碍影响最后的面试,面试是接近。
