WYD : World Youth Day 世界青年节
世界青年日简称世青（WYD），是天主教会为青年族群举办的国际节日活动，由教宗若望保禄二世于1984年发起。其举办的缘由，是为了扭转有天主教信仰的青年日益远离教会的倾向。
世界青年日分为每年圣枝主日在罗马举行的“教区级庆典”、和每2至3年举行一次的“国际级庆典”两种；如无特别指出届次，一般所称的“世界青年日”皆是指国际级庆典。
世青国际级庆典在全球择一城市或教区举办，一般皆在暑假举行，时间约一星期，每届均吸引全球各地的教会青年共襄盛举。
