小学英语面试试讲注意事项 :  1、试讲时一定要注意语调,要有变化;语速,一定不要全快或者全慢。   2、最好有板书。如果书法很好,可以边讲边写;如果不好,可以在说教学过程的最后一个环节专门加上板书设计,简单的写点。要尽量发挥自己的优点掩饰缺点,怎样有利怎样做。  3、小学英语的教授原则一般是寓教于乐,活动和游戏比较多。所以试讲时,尽量展示课堂的丰富多彩。  试讲的形式是由评委充当学生,试讲者将试讲过程模拟为真实课堂,也要进行一定的互动,例如提出问题,设置讨论等,对于所提问题的回答,既可选择由一个评委来回答(如果评委肯配合的话);也可选择在提出问题后稍停几秒钟,然后以类似“根据同学们的回答,我们进行一下总结”这样一句话直接过渡到下面的环节,这样也可以体现出课堂的互动环节。  试讲中要注意结合板书,由此集中评委的眼光;要自信、大方;声音要洪亮,发音准确;在出现小失误时不要紧张,因为评委可能本来没注意到,但却因为紧张而扣分;精彩部分放在前半部分,因为评委通常在前半段就把分数打出来了。

说课的三大形式及其如何说好课 一、说课的三形式 目前,说课活动有了新的发展,形式更加多样。一般形式可以分为备课以后、上课以后和评课以后的说课,是教师个体更深内涵更高层次的备课,在专家评议后进一步作修改,成为集体备课的结晶。 1.备课以后的说课 备课以后的说课,是目前组织教研活动和教学基本功竞赛中说课的主要形式。教师在充分备课的基础上,把自己怎样进行备课,备课时进行的教学设计、教学安排设想以及估计学生的达标程度和盘托出,供专家们评说。内容包括: (1)说教材 重点说明本课题内容在整个教材体系或本单元教材中的地位和作用;教材编排的意图和特点;本课题涉及主要知识点及其与前后联系;与教学内容有关的附件(如图片、资料等)处理要点;确定课题重点难点及理由。执教者本人进行教材处理的打算以及进行修改、增减的理由和依据。 (2)说学情 说明任教学生的基础,包括学生的学习态度、学习兴趣、多数学生的学习习惯甚至学习方法,由此说明对重点难点知识决定采取的教学起点。 (3)说目标 根据教学目标分类,明确说出各知识点的不同层次的具体要求。课堂教学中所有举例说明,都必须体现目标的知识点、情感教育点、能力训练点。 (4)说构思 说清教学过程设计的总体框架和设想,说出教学过程的整体结构、教学内容的详略安排和教学板块的时间分配。说出主要环节的教学设计,重点如何突破,难点如何化简。 (5)说学法 根据教学的重点难点,分析学生学习过程中可能遇到的障碍及其原因,怎样针对这些障碍加强对学生的指导。指出重点突破口,难点理解点。指导学生掌握基本知识和基本规律,掌握基本的解题、应用以及使用课本的能力等。 (6)说教法 说明课堂教学的具体策略,采取何种教学方法。在战术上介绍导入新课、难点突破设计、课堂提问设计、例题设计、课后小结和作业设计的目的、内容。说明不同层次学生如何实行分层教学,每节课每个学生都能达到相应目标。 (7)说媒体 说明教学中采用的教学技术手段,包括教具、演示、板书、投影和其它教学媒体的设计和使用准备。教具、演示包括投影要简明,有利于突出呈现重点,操作简便。板书内容准确、精练,形式便于比较对照和理解。 以上是常见的说课内容,不难看出,就是备课涉及的基本内容。与备课不同的是,执教者要把上课的意图以口头语言的形式讲给专家和老师们听。因此,具体说课过程中,也可以把说教材和说目标、说学情和说学法、说构思和说教法分别结合在一起,成为说目标、说学法、说教法、说媒体,使说课条理更清晰更简明,重点更加突出。 2.上课以后的说课 如果说课是在上课之后进行的,由于已经有了课堂实践的检验,可以在前述说课的基础上,结合自己上课的感受进行说课。 这时,说课的内容包括自己怎样进行备课和教学中实际是怎样处理的,侧重面有所变化。结合上述要点,重点说明上课过程哪些方面体现了备课意图,包括对学生达标情况的分析,说明自己作了哪些改变和调整,作调整的意图和效果,包括对自己上课的效果和感受进行评价,提出进一步改进的设想等。 3.评课以后的说课 如果说课是在评课之后进行的,或者经过了前述说课之后和评课之后,说课者可以进一步说课。内容包括,可以谈自己备课的特点和发生的疏漏,对自己的课的效果和感受,指出自己上课的进程与备课的意图吻合程度及其原因,自己做出调整的原因和作用,分析学生达标度与实际达标度的区别和可能的原因。同时,对于专家们的评课结合自己的感受进行必要的说明。说课的组织者则可以进一步展开讨论,在此基础上综合评价施教者和专家的讨论,提出值得进一步研究的问题,提高说课的理论层次。 二、如何说好课 要说好课,要精心构思,不可信口开河。说课,是说给同行听的,说给领导听的;是说如何上课,不是简单介绍上课的内容,更不是上课给听说课的人听,明确这一点很重要。看对象,该讲的讲,不该讲的不讲。 总的原则,要说透如何贯彻帮助学生“获取知识,提高素质,发展智力,培养能力”这一教育教学原则。 说课也要抓重点,抓关键,讲究“省略”、过渡、照应。说课要说出自己的特色,不人云亦云。我就是我这一个,我的教学方法不和人家撞车,不做“教参”的俘虏。说课,看对象,找准切入点。体现教学目标与教学手段的一致性。说清如何指导、引导、辅导学生质疑的。教学有法,教无定法,贵在得法。说课中的引例,要体现举一反三的特点。韩信用兵多多益善,孙子用兵以一当十。说课,还要瞄准一个时期的热点,要使听说课的人从你的说课中受到启发,悟出道理,走出封闭,开拓新路。好的说课,实在是意的开掘,能的升腾。胸中有书,目中有人,同行切磋,说课中见精神。说课难,难说课,只要努力,课还是可以说得好的。 说课与上课。说好课是上好课的重要条件。课说得好,还不等于课上得好。忠实而灵活地执行教案,用巧妙的方法应付课上各种复杂的局面,变通教学设计,充分发挥“主导”性,使学生顺乎教者的意志而动,里面又有很多的学问。通过说课,明确了教学目标、训练内容、训练方法、激励导向,有利于将教师、学生、教材三者自然地融为一体,是肯定的。说课的本身,增进了教者的统筹意识即育人意识、求新意识、结合意识(如文道结合、知识与能力结合、师生结合),也是肯定的。课说得好,有可能把课上得好,但不等于能上得好,说课不等于上课。上课有上课的艺术,技术、艺术、辛勤的工作、不懈的追求、不断的学习和总结,近乎成功。
