在提到“中国人民”的时候，需要加the，使用The Chinese people。在表示“中国人”的时候，也就是不强调“人民”的时候，而是泛指中国人的时候，直接使用Chinese people. 不过也没这么死板。Chinese可以表示中文，如in Chinese 用中文，I'm Chinese. 我是中国人。
