I’m horror to make a speech to you, because at the bottom of my heart, I just want to tell you it’s time for us to rise up and go for our life. Well, today I will talk about “An sleeping lion—we are a team”First, what is a team？It’s a warm family that can be a home to return foreveryone, we study together, play together, eat together, laugh together, evento be punished together, and fortunately, we still alive. Although we arealways scolded and punished by our leaders, but does any one out there can denythe power of us or distrust our ability? The answer is no.We need to reflect ourselves, if we did something bad? If we behave naughty? Have we thought of the floor when we throw therubbish casually? Have we thought of others when we talk loudly in classroom ordormitory? Well, mistakes maybe following us when we don’t think about eachother, misunderstanding maybe occur when we don’t cooperate with each other,quarreling maybe happen when we just think of ourselves. So it’s essential forus to be united because we are a team.Victory won’t come to us unless we go forit. It can be said that eachindividual in the world are in need of unity. Because only united can wegenerate power, the realization of a dream. I want to use the speech of Obama to talkabout it:If there is anyone out there who stilldoubts that Class 9 is a place where all things are possible; who still wondersif the dream of Class 9 is alive in our time; who still questions the power ofthe invincible Class 9, from now on, there is the answer.It’s the answer told by everyone that puttheir heat into our team and show concern to each other, by caring everythingin our class just like the love we show to our little turtles. It’s the answer spoken by you and me, boysand girls, teachers and students, right or fault, success or failure, smile ortears—Class 9 who sent a message to the worldthat we never give up or lose our hope! Just as the eight characters on thewall: Be united, alert, earnest and lively. We are, and always will be, thepowerful and invincible Class 9.It’s the answer that of what we can achieveto put our hands on the arc of history and bend it once more toward the hope ofa better day. It’s been a long time coming, but from now on, because of what wechoose on this day, unbelievable change will come to Class 9！
