Dear Mrs. Lim I am you immediately neighbour. Recently I am rather annoyed by the noise created by you at midnight. You should not switch on your TV set too loud especially after 10pm for my husband need to work early in the morning. And please do not throw your rubbish around because it invites flies and rats to the neighbourhood. It is very unhealthy for us. Lastly , kindly tell your son to play football in the park instead at home. Thank you for your co-operation.
