额.说不出话来不用speak,一般用say,speak一般用来说语言,或演说时候用 这句改为： I can hardly say anything,如果这件事发生在过去,就 I could hardly say anything 【楼主参考下~希望对你有帮助~】

It is my sorrow/sadness that is hard to express with words.(强调句句式，it is和that可以去掉）
