opening是分词相当于名词的作用，此处open是形容词作宾语补足语，多看点语法书吧，关键在于理解

第一个吧，keep的后面用动词的原形

你好，open可以作动词，比如open the door, please!（拜托开开门！） ；也可以作形容词, leave the door open for me tonight.(晚上给我留着门，别锁）。with引导一个伴随状语，让门处于一个开着的状态，所以在这句话里，opne是形容词，可以这样使用。但第二句话里close是个动词，无法出现在一个状语成分中，而with又无法引导一个从句，只能引导一个状语，所以close这个形式是错误的，除非把close改成closed就对了，即with the door closed.
