英语手抄报画法如下：
1、首先我们要在手抄报中间空白的地方写上“英语”的字样作为标题点明手抄报的主题，让人们一眼就能看明白。
2、沿着手抄报的周围画上一些英文字母，比如A、B、C、D、E、F等等。再给每个英文字母都画上一个可爱的小表情。
3、沿着手抄报的边缘画一个波浪形的边框，注意不要让边框的线条压倒英文字母的图案上方。
4、在标题周围画上两个小气球作为点缀，然后往手抄报内添加小草、星星等图案使手抄报看起来不会单调。
5、用紫色、橙色、粉色、蓝色等颜色给手抄报内的图案填充好颜色之后，再在手抄报内空白的地方画上一些间距相等的横线即可。
手抄报的组成部分：
1、报头。报头是由图案和刊名组成的，一份手抄报需要有一个主题，在手抄报比较显眼的位置。
2、题花。文章的标题是比较重要的，但是只有文字会显得比较单调，所以需要在题目周围加上花纹，比较显眼。
3、插图。手抄报的内容会有很多板块，板块之间需要插图来进行联系，这样内容才不会散。
4、花边。简单的花边可以美化版面，将文章之间隔开，显得规整，更有阅读的欲望。
5、尾花。在文章后面的空白处，可以画上尾花，显得构图饱满。
