As a great many people will be visiting the country, the government has already built new hotels, new roads and some special railway lines. The Exhibitions will be held every part of Shanghai and the whole area will be called ' Expo City'. Workers will have completed all the work for World Expo in time. Everybody in our country is watching anxiously as the new buildings go up. We are all very excited and are looking forward to the World Expo they have never been held before in this country. 世博会的英语全称是WORLD EXPOSITION，简称EXPO但是英语中常常会有这样的语言现象：一个词语往往在某些特定的环境下代表一个特定的含义，通常首字母会大写。所以expo一词本身有博览会的意思，但也有特指世博会。而对于世博会，我们通常会说哪一年在哪里举办的世博会。就像这次的上海世博会，我们一般这样说：Shanghai Expo 2010就像楼主所说，就算不是全世界性质的，仅仅是某一专业的博览会，那么我们在指代的时候自然也会用其完整名称，不会简单的说博览会了。比如西湖博览会，就说是West Lake Expo就可以了。

Personally,the opportunity of the exchange are to bring the world great deal of surprise and make people have faith in ourselves and our future.
