1. My Hobbies（我的业余爱好）
I have many hobbies, such as sports, singing, playing the violin and keeping a diary.
I like sports very much. I go running at five o'clock in the morning. After classes in the afternoon, I play table-tennis with my friends. These sports have kept me healthy.
At home, I like to sing and play the violin. I practice singing and playing the violin every day. Busy as I am, I am quite happy.
Of all my hobbies I like reading books best. In my bedroom there are nearly six hundred books. There are story books, textbooks, magazines, and others. All these books have enriched my knowledge.

1. My Plan for the Summer Vacation（我的暑期计划）
The longing summer vacation is approaching, it is the best part of the school year for me. I cannot let the holidays elapse (逝去) meaninglessly, my vacation should be a phase (时期、阶段) of harvest. The events in my plan should give me a sense of infinite potential. The following plan may reveal the intensity of my desire to travel, work and study in this vacation. In the first few days I want to climb Mount HuaShan with several friends to refresh ourselves. Then I tend to visit relatives, senior school teachers and former clas *** ates(老同学). 1. Happy Things in My Childhood（童年趣事）
It is impossible to recall all the past, but I can assure you that my childhood is a pleasant one to me.
When I was in kindergarten, I was very popular with my playmates because of my naughtiness. Once I made an arrow, with which I hurt one of my playmates and received scolding from my mother afterwards.
When I grew up, my father and mother dare not allow me to play outside. But sometimes when we had time they would bring me to the parks, movies and went swimming.
I liked swimming very much. Thank them for teaching me swimming. I liked to play with my play games because I was only a boy. My mother often scolded me when I didn't get home after school but never too severely.
I love my parents. I do think it is one of the best years in my whole life.

Travel Arrangement 旅行安排
The place I want to visit is Beijing. It is the capital of China and it is a city full of cultural heritages and varieties. As we all know there are many famous scenic attractions in Beijing, for example, the Great Wall, the Summer Palace, the Forbidden city and the showpiece stadiums of the Olympics--the Bird's Nest and Water Cube.
I’d like to spend four days in Beijing. In the first day, I’m going to visit the Great Wall—one of the eight wonders in the world. The second day I’ll go to the Forbidden City to see how life was like in the royal family. The third is saved for the visit to those modern constructions -- the Bird's Nest and Water Cube, which remind me of the success of our Chinese athletes in the Olympics. The last day I’ll go shopping in Beijing to buy some gifts for my family and friends.

1.首段引人：
尽自己最大的可能使得第一自然段引人入胜，做到“语不惊人誓不休”。要想做到这一点，就要求学生要大量地阅读课外书籍，包括中文和英文，做到知识面宽泛，观点灵活，写技高超。
2.词组句型：
在英语作文中，词组和句型的运用可帮助呈现写作者的英语水平。这就要求学生要在基础知识方面进行系统的学习。现举例说明：
prefer doing>enjoy doing>like doing 由此可以看出，不同类型和不同水平的词组句型可表现出写作者不同的观点及英语水平。
3.复合句：
在英语写作中，对于主从复合句的运用也是必不可少的。小学英语作文中可以没有主从复合句，但从初中开始，必须在写作中运用主从复合句（至少1——2个）。因为，只有主从复合句才能表达更为复杂的观点；只有主从复合句才能是阅卷者看出写作者真实的英语水平高度。
4.转联词：
所谓的转联词是指那些用于承上启下的副词，连词以及大量的介词词组等。英语作文中转联词的必要使用，可以使得句子与句子之间更加流畅，避免了各个句子的分割独立，使得文章顺理成章，一气呵成。中国学生在学习中，掌握了大量的此类单词和词组，但除了but,because，等，很少主动使用，使得所写文章颇显干巴和唐突。
5.时态：
毋庸置疑，时态是英语基础知识的重要范畴之一，也是区别于汉语的重要特点之一。而英语作文又是对学生综合能力的考核。因而，在作文中，必须加入时态的准确运用，才能使自己的观点和所叙述的情节更加精准。因为中文中没有时态的概念，中国学生极易在英语时态方面出现失误或忽略事态的运用，这将是所写的英语作文大打折扣。
6.汉译英：
在莱曼英语教学理念中，我们更加强调翻译训练的重要性。无论是英译汉，还是汉译英都是英语学习着必备的基本能力，或者说，都是顶尖级能力。所以，在英语作文中，汉译英技巧的运用，毫无疑问地会帮助写作者更加充分地表达自己的观点。而这种翻译的训练又是大部分教学资料和英语课堂所极为缺乏的。莱曼英语总结了一些特效直观的汉译英技巧，将安排在后续的讲座中进行讲解。
7.书写排版：
尽人皆知，书写排版是人的第二张脸。一篇作文的书写和排版直接影响到阅卷人的情绪，不可避免地会影响到作文的最后成绩。

课外要广泛地涉猎不同种书籍，特别是对一些精品文章的阅读，以增加自己的信息量。同时，还要通过日记，周记，书信，便条，通知，短信以及命题写作等方式进行长期不断地训练，才能逐渐地提高英语写作水平。
after reading the report, i find many of our team members help their parent do these houseworks: washing dishes, cleaning floor, and drying clothes. I think it is very necessary to do some houseworks in our power. Nowadays, with the improvement of the people's living standard, some people form a habit of raising *** all or domestic animals as pets. Some raise *** all dogs or cats as their pets while others raise various birds or fishes as their pets. There are still even some people raising snakes and other unusual animals as their pets.
Does anyone have the same opinion of raising animals as pets? No, some people object to the idea of raising animals as pets. To them, animals have their own right to live a natural life like human beings. On the other hand, the way people raise animals as pets have a negative influence on the surroundings such as dogs' barking at midnight, dogs' chasing people on the street and so on. My winter vacation
Many children are always looking forward to the winter vacation; this is because during the vacation, children needn't go to school; They can do everything they like,such as playing, watching TV, traveling, or even sleeping all the day and so on.and when winter vacation e on ,it means that spring festival will e on soon.
I spent the whole day at home nearly every day, I played with my puter .i played puter games and surved the inter. during the vacation I,I still stayed in touch with my clas *** ates and my friends.i thinked I hasve been a potatoes mouse .
During the spring festival,I visited my relatives ,and I got a lot of red bags.
Even though my vacation wasn't crazy and exciting, but I really learnt a lot. It was good for relaxing, and I am getting ready for the ing new term now. Good-bye, my winter vacation.
Lantern Festival
The Lantern Festival, which occurs on the 15-th day of the First Month of the Chinese Year, marks the end of the New Year's Holidays.
Lanterns are everywhere. A most interesting tradition is the posting of riddles called 'Lantern Riddles.' Riddles are written on pieces of paper and posted on lanterns or wall. Any one solving the riddle is awarded a prize.
and the food for lantern festival is Tang Yuan, i have made some Tang Yuan in a ginger soup, my wife got a serious cold, so i cooked a pot of ginger soup for her. i look forward to the next spring festival.
The morning glory shines into my room and i knew the sky has turned bright but still i could barely to bear myself to get off from the bed.Now only i realised that my head ached gradually.Headache engulfed me seriously as i writhed back in my bed. It was indeed excruciating pain that i cannot withstand with. i don't even have the appetite to have my breakfast. Slowly, i managed to hoddle to the living room and relate my condition to my mother.Later, my mother drove me to the nearest clinic to consult a doctor. While waiting for my turn, i was nearly fainted. Luckily the queue was not too long and finally it was my turn. After being examined by the doctor, he explained that i was caught cold and now i suffered from fever.Probably, i've revised for my ing test till very late in the night yesterday. Now, i'm regretted.The doctor advised me to take adequate rest and consume lots of water. After claiming the medicine from the doctor and paid off the bills, i went back with my mom.From now on, I promised myself to exercise more to keep my body as healthy as possible.。
Where did you go on a vacation?

The happiest day
January 29, Saturday, Sunny
I got up early today because my parents and I wanted to go to Nanshan to ski. After breakfast, my father drove our car. It took us about an hour to get there. There were thousands of people. We quickly changed our clothes and went skiing as soon as we got there. My parents and I were good skier. We spent five hours skiing there and we really had a good time. Skiing is my favorite sport so this was my happiest day. 我今天很早就起床了，因为我父母和我要去南山滑雪场去滑雪。吃完早饭后，我父亲开车花了我们大约1个小时到那。那里有成千上万的人。我们一到那就迅速换衣服然后去滑雪。我父母和我都是滑雪高手。我们在那滑了5个小时的雪，我们确实过得很愉快。因为滑雪是我最喜爱的运动，所以我这天过得最愉快
