1. Attitude,working attitude, let them know you have a very good attitude. This the the key point for an employee in hotel industry, especially for the associate work in Finance Dept & Front Office.2. Patience, as a receptionist, definitely you will suffer long time work, 3 shifts everyday, guest complain. let the interviewer knows that you are fully prepared for this job.3.Don't worry about your pronunciation intonation, as long as you can understand what guest saying and give them the right feed back.because your job is not an interpreter or speaker, your job is check in, check out, foreign currency exchange. 4.
