Self-Motivation Don't expect a lot of checking up when you're part of a team.You're on your own; there's no supervisor to tell you what,why,or how to do something.The team leader will call meetings,facilitate the discussions,and support your activities; but you're expected to carry out your responsibilities in a way that helps them to carry out theirs.
