（2）若要针对收信的对象，将结尾语加以区分，则对于比较亲密的对方，可以用Sincerely yours、Yours sincerely或Sincerely；对于一般的朋友可用Your friend；如果是儿女写给父母，就用Your loving son(daughter)；对长辈则写Respectfully yours，至于生意上的往来就用Faithfully yours。
（3）在结尾语下面的署名必须亲自签名，不可用打字的，而且在签名之后，也不加任何的标点符号。
