1问：can可以在疑问句中表推测么？答：can本意为有能力do sth，这两句翻译中，“你会怎么做这件事"是合适的，而“你怎么会做这件事”用can来翻译是不对的，它其实是想表达发问者的一种委婉而强烈，强烈而不至于伤人的疑惑或者说问责，这里采取could会更合适。回到问题，我认为can不能在疑问句中表推测，而could可以。2问：这样翻译“语法正确”吗？答：如果单论语法，你翻译的句子是没问题的，这点其实翻译机器也能证明。只是说在翻译某句话的时候，当我们有更充裕的力量去做，我们可以把目光放到句子之外，比如上下文语境，比如要表达的情感等。

不要字面翻译。你会怎么做这件事”How would you perform the duty? In what way would you do this thing? How would you get it ( the thing) done? What should be the practical way to do it ?和“你怎么会做这件事”？ How come you did this ? How come you have done such a stupid thing? Who have nudged you to do such a foolish thing? (how come :怎么一回事；nudge 肘部推，出谋划策）

其中would比will语气更婉转。如果说话者是想知道对方想用怎样的方式或通过怎样的路径去做，就可以是

In what way would/will you do it?

②“你怎么会做了/出这件事”显然是对已经做完的事情的一种惋惜、气愤等而发出的质问，所以要用虚拟语气。又由于“做这事”是过去的动作，所以要用完成时态，即

How could you have done it?

或者

How could you have done such a (foolish) thing (like that)?

注：如果特别强调“这件事”，上述句子里的it都可以用such a thing代替，但一般不用this thing来表达“这件事”。在不强调的情况下，用it是最好的。
