It is a pity we didn't find the original B/L among all the documents received, thus we can not declare to customs house, Now the cargo have not been released from customs for 5 days, I beg you to send me the original b/l as soon as possilbe . Thank you a lot !

There is not a Bill of lading from the documents we received. It makes us can not proceed with customs declaration. At present, it has already stayed 5 days in customs. So, could you please send us a Bill of lading? Thank you.
