Our Nation's future lies the juveniles, the appropriate guiding in whose philosophy and training so as to bring up backbones for our society in the 21st century is an important issue with an eye to the future. However, with the current rate of juvenile deliquency rising perpendicularly, it has not only directly done harm to the juveniles themsevles and their families, but brought about instability for social security. What's more, it matters a lot to our nation's future and destiny. Consequently, it has become a key subject for us on how to prevent juvenile deliquency and to create a sound social environment.
