From pie plate to flying disk The flying disk was invented by students.It was in 1950s,some college students ate pie in a bakery in Bridgeport ,Connecticut. After eating pie ,the students threw pie plates to each other. They found it very interesting to threw the plates,so they devided them into two teams and made some rules to play the games.Finally it became a new kind of new toy.We can see flying disk in magazines. Flyings disk is played in clubs or on the festival today.It's very popular in many places.
