Bell Captain (BC): This is the Bell Captain’s Desk. May I help you?

BC: Certainly, sir. May I have your room number, please?

C:Good evening,this is Cecilia Bi from the Finance Department. I m calling about your rent bill which has been outstanding since the first of the month. Normally your company wires us your rent payment on time, but for some reason we have not received this month s rent payment yet. I was concerned because starting on the th which is tomorrow, we will have to add interest charges accruing from the first of this month when the bill was due.

为什么是四人的?电话对话应该是双方而已的啊?是否除了这个还有别的情节呢?例如,先是我的经理吩咐我去做这件事情,然后我要找客人必先经过他的秘书?我尝试写了一个:Manager(经理):Please call this customer within today for thanking him to live in our hotel during his one-week business trip.Me: Ok, I will do it ASAP within today.Manager:And ask him for the advice of our service as well.Me: I see.(电话中与秘书的对话)Me:Good morning, this is **(名字) from ** Hotel(酒店名).
