听课记录评语及建议能够促进老师教学的改进。教学中经常遇到出现问题，却不知如何向学生讲解传授，如何使学生学会贯通，如何使学生扎实的掌握的情况。这些教学上的问题都可以通过多听课来进行完善。不管是青年教师还是有资历的教师，在听课的过程中都可以有所收获。高质量地听课需要做到以下两点：学会筛选：不管多么优秀的教师，课堂同样存在一些问题，要用辩证的头脑看待课堂。多思考，多鉴别：不能全信，切勿照搬，应该创造性地吸收，有选择地学习。听课后，可以详细地向教师汇报收益与看法，在具体问题上作进一步的切磋，共同探讨如何做得更好。向别人学习，其实也是一种创造。这种创造有赖于自己的观察、思考与探索，只有通过这样的努力才能将别人的教育教学思想转化为自己的理念，而不仅仅是表面上的方法与技巧的增多。要达到这样的目的，就首先想办法提高自己的思想素养，让自己能够站在一定高度上来学习别人的经验，并逐步形成自己的教育思想、教育理念。听课的目的是为了使教师个人和整体教学活动得到改进和提高。因此，发展性听课需要在课后对教师进行积极鼓励、针对性的讲评，才能促进教学不断发展。
