楼上几位的翻译,基本都是正确的,但是并不全面,通常地道的用法有： 位移 = displacement （只有这么一种说法） 速率 = speed （也只有这么一种） 速度 = velocity （也只有这么一种翻译） 初速度 = initial velocity,starting velocity （这两种翻译都是常说常用的） 末速度 = terminal veloxity,final velocity （这两种也是常见常用的, 有时也有人说ending velocity,也是对的） 加速度 = acceleration （可正可负,deceleration 指加速度为负的情况,retardation, 也是用以指减速度的情况.这三个词都是常用的词,acceleration 用得最多,在解说时,有时会借用其他两个词语） 另外说明： 匀速圆周运动 = uniform circular motion,circular motion with uniform speed. 是 speed,而不是 velocity.
