饮食安排:

早餐:7:30左右即在起床后20至30分钟吃早餐最合适,因为这时人的食欲最旺盛。而且早餐与中餐以间隔4至5小时左右为好,也就是说,如果早餐过早,那么数量应该相应增加或者将午餐相应提前。
中餐:12:00-12:30为宜。午餐是最好的休息时间,应该让自己在一个轻松的环境下吃午饭。这样不但有益精神的放松、还有助于消化,对身体大有好处。
晚餐:一般宜在晚18点以后、19点以前吃为最好。这样,在4小时以后,即到晚21点以后或22点左右睡觉,较为适宜。
夜宵:不提倡吃夜宵,因为临睡前进食,不仅会增加肠胃负担影响睡眠,还会影响第二天早餐的食欲。同时应当强调的是,三餐时间要固定,形成有规律的生物钟。
