雷锋从小家境贫穷，尝遍了酸甜苦辣，因此雷锋从小立志为人民服务。在我听妈妈讲雷锋做过的好事中，有二件事让我记忆犹新：第一件事是雷锋在一次外出到沈阳火车站换车的时候，一出检票口，发现一群人围着一个背着小孩的中年妇女，原来这位妇女从山东去吉林看望丈夫，不小心把车票和钱都丢了，雷锋用自己的津贴费买了一张票硬塞到大嫂手里，大嫂含着泪问：“大兄弟，你叫什么名字？住在哪里？”雷锋说：“我叫解放军，住在中国。”

第二件是雷锋帮一位老奶奶送回家的事。有一天，下着大雨，雷锋正要回部队，可是他看见路边有个老奶奶站在雨中，很无助的样子，雷锋想：这位老奶奶肯定是遇上困难了。他走到老奶奶身边，问她：“老奶奶，你怎么这里站着？怎么不回家啊？”老奶奶说：“我忘记了回家的路！”雷锋问老奶奶住在哪里，老奶奶只记得她所在村子的名字。

雷锋脱下雨衣给老奶奶穿上，带着老奶奶一路走一路问把她送回了家，可是自己因为淋雨冻得感冒了！像这样的好事，雷锋做的不计其数，这是多么可贵的精神啊！

雷锋就这样全心全意地为人民做好事，难怪人们一见到为人民做好事的人就想起雷锋。正如人们所流传的那样：“雷锋出差一千里，好事做了一火车。”雷锋，一个伟大的名字，在我的心中闪烁着不灭的光辉，他把自己宝贵的青春毫无保留地献给了党，献给了人民，他是人民的好儿子。

作为一名小学生，我要向雷锋同志学习，继承雷锋助人为乐的高贵品质，在学习和生活中要尽自己所能帮助别人，为党为人民作出更大的贡献！
