tacos是墨西哥玉米卷，是墨西哥的传统食品。是以牛肉酱、墨西哥辣椒等为馅料，包以烤玉米面皮食用的，吃的时候，顾客可根据自己的喜好加入碳烤的鸡肉条或是牛肉酱，然后再加入蕃茄、生菜丝、玉米饼起司等等配料。
数百年来，玉米一直是墨西哥食品中的主角，而以玉米为原料制成的tacos饼也是墨西哥最基本、也最有特色的食品。

墨西哥牛肉玉米薄饼的做法
准备材料：牛肉200克、洋葱1/2个、红辣椒1/4个、玉米薄饼2个、奶酪1/2杯、生菜1张、酸奶
步骤：
1、洋葱，红辣椒，西红柿切成大块，辣椒切成丝备用。
2、在预热好的锅中倒入少量油，放入洋葱和蒜末炒制。
3、将肉，酒，胡椒放入炒制，肉熟了之后放入红辣椒。
4、加入西红柿和番茄酱炒制。
5、将玉米饼分成4等分，放入松饼模具中固定。
6、在玉米饼上放上炒好的材料，放上切达奶酪，披萨奶酪。
7、放入预热180度的烤箱中烤制约10分钟。
8、烤十分钟后就可以吃了。
