Outstanding Staff AwardBest Document AwardBest Outline AwardOutstanding Salesman Awardthe best solution, document都可以. 但还是觉得outstanding描述"优秀"最合适. 为什么? 因为我在国外的超市, 就是看到公告版上这样写!

excellent employee是 优秀员工， outstanding employee是 杰出员工。 优秀的很多，杰出的就很少了。我觉得直接翻译比较好。其它的翻译用在这里不够恰当。
