degree是学位，比如学士学位，硕士学位。certificate是证书，也就是说没有学位，只是学校开的证书，证明你毕业。diploma是文凭，有的时候可以指高中毕业证书，有的时候可以指大专毕业证书。总结：后两个都不是学位课程，没有degree。
