个体用英语怎么说

Individual取名词释义 N-COUNT 个体;个人 An individual is a person.

“self-employedpeople”就是“个体工商户”，俗称“个体户”.

虽然国内有几家网站上把个体户译成：self-employedentrepreneurs。但我觉得这有欠妥当。entrepreneurs是指：personwhoassumestheorganization,management,andrisksofabusinessenterprise.众所周知，这是指企业家。个体户的意思与此差之甚远。所以我认为应该译成：self-employedhouseholds/people网站上用这个译法的较多。更合中国国情。
