朗读“let’stalk”并录音，然后根据自己的录音将内容写下来。“逐字稿”通常应用于学术研究中的访谈、或是需要将演讲内容完整保留时。一般会先录音，再请专人将录音档逐字打成电子档或逐字书写成文字，即为逐字稿。录音是指将声音转为模拟讯号或机械记录的过程。数字录音是指将模拟信号经由AD转换器将类比（analogy）取样成数字（digital）记录到数字储存装置再由，数字转换回模拟信号的过程，录音的质量受取样频率和取样分辨率影响。
