一、Tell me about yourself

三、Why are you interested in working for our company?
雇主们想要知道你为什么想为他们工作。因此就让他们了解你很清楚公司的运营模式以及你对此工作非常有积极性。不要以"Umm," "I don't know," "It seemed like a good career move," 或是 "I haven't been able to find anything else interesting."开始。记得雇主们想知道你能带给公司什么,而不是公司能带给你什么!
四、Why did you leave your last job?
可能你上一份工作非常的糟糕,但是面试并不是谈论的合适的场合。就算是真的,不要对你现有的或是过去的雇主或是同事进行负面还是武断的评论:"I didn't agree with the company's direction," "I got no recognition for my work," "My boss was totally unreasonable." 想这样的评论会让你听起来不可理喻。

准备什么呢?

2.准备专业问题。英文面试其实跟其他面试都一样,都是要考察应聘者的综合素质和工作能力。首先你要对自己的专业相关的话题信手拈来,随便问你一个都能答上来,如果不知道的话,一个是训练自己短时间内快速组织思路和语言的能力,另外一个就是训练你随机应变的能力。相信我,这对你非常有好处。
3.准备模拟面试。为了让自己在真实的面试中尽快进入角色,你需要在面试前进行模拟面试,这点很重要。就像我们在高考前会有三轮的模考一样,你也应该至少为自己准备一次像样的模拟面试,让你的好朋友为你准备几个问题。然后现场回答,把整个流程走一遍(有条件的可以全程录像),然后你再事后回看自己的表现,让朋友为你做出评价。复盘总结自己有哪些表现的不够好的地方,提醒自己这些错下次一定不能再犯,让自己一次一次变得更好,这就是模拟面试的意义。
第二个是要良好的心态。心态这个东西说来也悬,外人对你的告诫安慰都没有太大作用,最重要的是自己要有一颗平静的内心。如果知道自己上场紧张的话,可以试着深呼吸,然后多与身边的人聊聊天,转移注意力。实在不行的话做一些热身运动也是可以的,通过身体的活动产生热量然后驱散身体的紧张感。有科学研究表明,长期运动的人提高神经系统对人体活动时错综复杂变化的判断能力,并及时做出协调、准确、迅速的反应;使人体适应内外环境的变化、保持肌体生命活动的正常进行。所以长期健身也有助于消除紧张的压力。
